Introduction:

Take a little moment for yourself or with each other to ground.
Since this deck is to help with resolving feeling stagnated it is not meant to answer direct questions.
It is meant as a guidance or advice for your current state.
Shuffle the cards. Don't forget to flip the cards from upright to reversed while shuffling.
Shuffle till it feels right for you.

Put them face down and spread the cards to however you see fit and pick one.
Each card has a upright (Yang) reading and reversed (Yin) reading.

Meaning of the cards:

VISION
Element: Wood
(木)

Keywords:
Growth - Direction - Vision - Expansion - Creativity

Stagnation (Shadow):
Frustration - Blocked growth - Rigidity - Suppressed anger - Lack of direction
Yang reading (Upright):
When we spend too much time in our heads, Yang Vision steps in to remind us to act. It encourages us to move beyond thinking and into doing. Share your energy, build connections, and speak your vision into the world and let it take shape.
Setbacks are not signs to stop, but signals to grow. We evolve through reflection, through being met by the outside world. Trust that abundance follows honest intention. What is meant for you will not pass you by.

Questions to ask ourselves:
-In what ways am I already living my vision—and where am I holding back?
-What would “acting bigger” look like for me right now?
-What am I avoiding by staying in my head?

Yin reading (Reversed):
When yin vision appears then it is a moment where you have to take be more passive.  Allow yourself to reach that point of feeling bored because that is exactly where the answers lie. Let the internal world form visions by daydreaming and this way you plant the seeds of ideas so that they can grow.

Questions to ask ourselves:
-What idea/dream seems to always make its way back to you?
-If anything would be possible what would I love to do?
-What are things that make me feel alive?

SENSE
Element: Fire
(火)

Keywords:
Joy · Passion · Expression · Connection · Vitality · Presence

Stagnation (Shadow):
Burnout · Emotional numbness · Overwhelm · Disconnection · Restlessness
Yang reading (Upright):
When the Yang Sense is present it means that we feel like we miss a certain spark in our lives. It is advised to look for ways to express one selves through different mediums. Put yourself in places you haven't been before. Let it inspire you and you will see that you attract just the right people that are meant for you.

Questions to ask:
-What did I do as a child without any form of must?
-Who would join me on my adventures?
-What did I say I wanted to do for a long time?

Yin reading (Reversed):
Yin Sense comes through when it is advised to check in with ourselves physically. We may spend too much qi (energy) outwards and we need to take the time and actually feel what is going on in our bodies and nurture our heat/fire. Even when overwhelmed it is important to know how to sail the rough seas that is our emotions. Funny enough it only takes breathes and surrendering to see the calmness come back.

Questions to ask:
-How do my feet feel?
-Where does my breath want to go?
-What can I do right now to make it more comfortable for myself?

BASE
Element: Earth
(土)

Keywords:
Grounding · Nourishment · Stability · Integration · Support · Center

Stagnation (Shadow):

Overthinking · Heaviness · Worry · Stuckness · Depletion
Yang reading (Upright):
Yang Base is coming up to show you it is time to make contact, in whatever form that may be. We need social connections to live a balanced life.  When we move forward from our stable and genuine core, we can receive the people in the same frequency. Harmony is out there, you just need to reach out.

Questions to ask:
-Who comes to mind often?
-What things would I love to learn?
-What different route can I take to my destinations?

Yin reading (Reversed):
When Yin Base appears it is time for us to come back to our center. We might be caught up in the busy day to day life, but it is important to  acknowledge the things that frustrates us . Those are clear signs of us not aligning to our intended path. Instead of pushing and fighting it, we need to see what the frustration wants to tell us and declutter so that we can get to the base of our being and know what we need.

Questions to ask:
-What bothers me the most this week?
-What do I tend to do when I want to feel safe?
-What do I tend to want control over?

SPACE
Element: Metal (金)

Keywords:
Clarity · Boundaries · Release · Discernment · Worth · Refinement

Shadow (Stagnation):
Grief · Rigidity · Control · Self-judgment · Holding on
Yang reading (Upright):
When we pull the Yang Space we might have the tendency to make our aura very small, while actually we feel like we want to connect and communicate. Breathe and expand your field to take in space. Take the initiative in requesting and communicating your needs.

Questions to ask ourselves:
-Why do I fear rejection?
-How can I show compassion to my insecurities?
-Who do I feel the safest with, and why?

Yin reading (Reversed):
Yin Space comes to us when we too much influenced and busy in the external instead of listening to what we need ourselves. The first thing we need to do is create space within our surrounding and mind. This sometimes results in having to put down boundaries in order to nurture your own needs. But believe that is always the best choice in life.

Questions to ask ourselves:
-What would happen if I decline?
-How can I say no from a place of love?
-What is my guilt tied to?

FLOW
Element: Water (水)

Keywords:
Stillness · Intuition · Depth · Restoration · Trust · Potential

Shadow (Stagnation):

Fear · Exhaustion · Withdrawal · Avoidance · Frozen energy

Yang reading (Upright):

When we pull the Yang Flow we might experience a restlessness or tiredness within our bodies. We need to stimulate our qi to flow through us again. It might be a good thing to release tension through actual physical expression. Use the breath while moving and you will see that balance quickly recovers. Movement is not only the physical body but it also moves our inner world.

Questions to ask:
-Where do I feel tension?
-If I could do any movement what would feel natural?
-Which body part feels stuck?

Yin reading (Reversed):
Yin Flow finds our way to us when we are pushing too hard in the external. Holding on to ideals of everyone is holding you back from entering the natural flow of life. Try to change the mantra; 'My success will find me through relaxing and being me.' You will see that just like water, you will always forge a new path.  Trust  that whatever is meant for you will always find its way to you. Trust your gut feeling. You will be great.

Questions to ask ourselves:
-Am I carrying a fear that is not mine?
-What does my perfect life look like?
-Where can I invest more into myself?
